What’s included and what’s not - what’s allowed and what's not

 

What’s included in the hire

  • Large kitchen with a range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, hot water urn and kettle
  • Two sinks with hot and cold water 
  • Tables and chairs for 120 people (maximum capacity)
  • Cleaning equipment including brooms, buckets & mops etc
  • Ample electricity sockets
  • Ladies and gentlemen toilet facilities (toilet paper & hand wash)
  • Baby changing facilities
  • Disabled toilet (toilet paper & hand wash)
  • Hearing induction loop system

What’s not included in the hire

  • Crockery, cutlery, tableware, glassware or table linen etc
  • Cleaning Solutions

What’s allowed

  • Outside caterers or your own food and drink (including alcohol but not for resale)
  • DJ’s, party entertainers, soft play and bouncy castles inside the hall only(For bouncy castle's we require a copy of your providers public liability insurance document)

What’s not allowed

  • Smoking
  • Ceremonial fires
  • Indoor fireworks, party poppers, smoke machines, popcorn machines or candyfloss machines (due to sensitivity of fire the alarm system)
