STATION XII

In the greatness of your mercy, O God,
forgive the sins of all your people.

Jesus Saviour of the world, come to us in your mercy,*
we look to you to save and help us.
By your cross and your life laid down, you set your people free,*
we look to you to save and help us.
When they were ready to perish, you saved your disciples,*
we look to you to come to our help.
Make yourself known as our Saviour and mighty deliverer,*
Save and help us that we may praise you.

In the greatness of your mercy, O God,
forgive the sins of all your people.       [Henry Allon]

Bloodied,
beaten,
mocked,
pierced,
precious Corpus Christi,
surrendering -
even to death.

Help me Lord, to surrender all that keeps me from you. May I be true to myself and who I am; who you created me to be. Yet, may my heart always be true, to you.

In this twelfth station, I feel
your pain, your suffering.
The price you paid for me
God - hanging on a cross?

Here you are so true to yourself,
a total giving without end;
dying to self - that all might live.
We look to you to save and help us.
