STATION X

At the name of Jesus,
every knee shall bow.

Christ Jesus was in the form of God,
but he did not cling at equality with God.
He emptied himself, taking the form of a servant.*
and was born in our human likeness.
Being found in human form, he humbled himself,*
and became obedient unto death, even death on a cross.

At the name of Jesus,
every knee shall bow       [Philippians 2.6-8]

Precious woven robe,
roughly diced away!
O mystery!
God stooped down
to embrace
warm swaddling cloth;
rejected now,
in cold, lonely, loincloth.

I WANT - to be the centre attention. I WANT - to be noticed.
I WANT - more prestige.

I WANT MORE........................ Teach me true humility, Servant King.

This tenth station draws me deeper
into the mystery,
of God made man
and his saving grace.

Help me to confess
on bended knee,
that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
